I am bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee. My greatest desire is to help families feel connected, whole and loved. Young married couples who need some help navigating married life before they have children to Older married couples who have experienced crisis(es) in their marriage. Parents of young children to parents of adult children.

I journey with clients in their recovery from intense emotional pain.  Some of the issues I treat are Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Infidelity in Couples Relationships, Life Changes, present and past Traumas, and more!

Clients learn to communicate more effectively with their loved ones thereby reducing their conflict and hurt.

My clients have a wide variety of therapy modalities to choose from. My goal is for my clients to feel safe and comfortable in the therapy process.

Families who have a child younger than 13 I incorporate Play Therapy into Family Therapy sessions. Play therapy is a therapy specifically designed for children ages 4-12.

For families who have children with special needs I use Medical Marriage & Family Therapy approach, which is a team approach networking with a developmental pediatrician, physical therapist, occupational therapist, and speech therapist.
