How do I make an appointment?
To make an appointment or for more information about the programs and services I offer, please call me at 423-402-8256. If no answer, please leave a voicemail and I will return your call within 24 hours (excluding Saturday and Sunday.)

If I have an emergency, what do I do?
If you are in an emergency situation, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
What type of payment do you take?
Payment is due at the time of service. Forms of payment accepted are cash and check only. I plan to add Visa and MC debit, and credit cards in the near future.
Do you accept insurance?
I accept Private Pay only at this time.
Please note that Relationship Therapy is not covered usually covered by insurance.
If you already have a diagnosis or are seeking a diagnosis from me and are wanting to use your insurance company for reimbursement, I advise you to contact your insurance company to confirm your out of network coverage with a Pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapy Intern. If your insurance will reimburse, then I will provide you with a receipt that will contain the date of service, diagnosis code and payment made for you to use when filing with your insurance company for reimbursement.
Also please consider, that session fees are low enough that they may be equal to or less than your insurance copay.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Your appointment time I reserve exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If the change is made with less than 24 hours advance notice or if you do not keep your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the full fee.
